A: Due to territory restrictions set by some of our manufacturers, this will be the reason 9 out of 10 times. If you come to this, and you feel it's a product you should have access to, please contact your sales rep.

Q: My company already has an account with you. Should I sign up via the new customer registration page?
A: If your company already has an account with us, please reach out to your sales representative so they can set you up via our system. If you are a new customer, sign up via our registration page.
