Broudy Precision Return Policy

• All returned goods must have a Broudy Precision RMA number before sending material back
• All product is to be sent back with appropriate RMA number on box/label and in re-sellable condition
• Re-sellable condition: product not used in any matter and includes original non-marked box and all accessories/documentation
• All RMA items subject to manufacturer restock fee
• All controller/JACE warranty claims must have Broudy Tech Support case number
• All Honeywell VFDs must have Honeywell case number
• Any RMA goods not meeting the above criteria will be returned to sender

To start a return please email returns@broudyprecision.com and include the following information:

Company Name

Contact name and email address

Purchase Date

Sales Order # / PO # (can be either or)

Qty and part number 

Reason for return

If this is a warranty return, please include the following if applicable:

Case Number for Honeywell Drive 

Broudy Case Number for Controllers / Jaces
